As a smoker
who tried to quit literally hundreds of times before finally achieving
success
after 40 years, I have a unique ability to relate to the plight of
the smoker. Everyone who knew me, knew me as a smoker and when I quit
they were all very curious as to how
and why I was able to succeed. The how and why is that I
finally came to understand how
to do it. I always knew what to
do. My problem was that I never knew how to do it. All the books that I
read as well as the seminars that I attended told me what to do: "You
need to be ready
to do it!"
That's what they all said but they offered little or no help in showing me how to do that. My Free At Last! seminar is designed to do that. To show smokers how to get ready to do it. For me, quitting smoking wasn't easy and it wasn't even cheap. But it was a lot easier than I ever thought it would be once the lights went on. That's the main goal of my seminar: to help the lights go on in the minds of smokers. Even though I ultimately spent $350 dollars on a laser therapy program to help me quit, I am sure I would not have succeeded if I had not been ready to do it. Smokers who attend my seminar will be taken to a point where they want to quit. They know they should quit and they are afraid of what will happen if they don't quit. Their biggest problem is that they are afraid they will fail. They don't believe they can do it. They are all looking for a magic pill. "Here. Just take this pill and it will all go away." I know. That's exactly what I did. I was afraid I would not be able to go through the ordeal of quitting and come out the other side as a committed non-smoker. My Free At Last! seminar will take them from that point to a point where they will develop the will to do this and succeed. The lights will go on. They will understand and believe that they can do this and succeed. They will walk out with the belief that they can became an ex-smoker and with the knowledge of how to do it. They will come in to the seminar wishing that they could stop. "Gee, I wish I could stop smoking." They will be taken to the point where you will say, "Okay. That's it. I've had it. I quit!" And they will believe that they
can succeed.
The seminar is in four parts. Part 1: Is a description of my smoking habit and addiction. What it was like for me. How much I smoked, when and where I smoked and how much it cost me. To demonstrate how smoking controlled my life in the same way that it now controls theirs. This will help people see that they are dealing with the same problem I had. They will see that their problem and my problem were one and the same. Part 2: We go through how and when I actually quit. What the process was that I went through to ultimately quit forever. How it was actually simple and fairly easy to do. The main ingredient is taking the time to learn the process and then ultimately to do it. Part 3: This is the meat of the seminar. Here I will take smokers through the process that they should go through to help them arrive at the point where they see how they can develop the will to do this. They will see that there is a process that takes some time and some effort but that it is very doable. There are four steps that must be taken to succeed and the actual quitting takes place in the fourth stage. Part 4: Here we get into life after smoking. What it was like for me and what it will be like for you as a non-smoker. You will now know how to get yourself ready. How to get your head into a space where you will go from, “Gee. I wish I could stop smoking.” To, “Okay. That’s it. I quit! I can be free! Free At Last!"
The Free At
Last! seminar will launch a process that will change your life
in ways you cannot imagine since you will
have achieved something that less than 5% of all smokers ever achieve.
Freedom
from smoking. You will have accomplished something that you never ever
believed
you would be able to do. Once you’ve done that, what else can you do?
You will
live longer, feel better, have more money and earn a lot of self
respect. But
most of all you will be changed because you will believe in your
ability to accomplish anything you really want to do.
